Hi, I’m Dan. On dansbits.com I share media files I made on my computer. You can download the files for free.

Here’s how you can use my work free of charge in terms of copyright.

Licensed Works: All original visual and audio media files released under this license.

✅ You Are Free To:

  • Use the media files for personal purposes.
  • Use the files in commercial and non-commercial projects (e.g., videos, games, podcasts, apps).
  • Monetize your own content that includes the licensed files – for example, earning revenue through affiliate links and sponsorships.

⚠️ Important: You may monetize your own videos that use the audio files, but you may not claim audio is yours by registering it with YouTube Content ID or any similar audio fingerprinting system.

❌ You May Not:

  • Claim ownership or exclusive rights over the media files or its derivatives.
  • Redistribute the visual media files as standalone digital assets, or as part of any compiled collection, archive, or library.
  • Register the audio files with YouTube Content ID or any similar fingerprinting or rights management system.
